I know what it's like to struggle and
push through life and live in a way where your health constantly takes a hit.
I remember thinking I couldn't figure out how to get unstuck. It felt like the busyness of my life was causing me to miss out on the very life I was trying to create for me and my family.
I knew I should probably slow down, but I wasn't sure how or where to start when I felt overwhelmed with all the things on my plate.
In the spirit of giving my kids a high-quality childhood, I had forgotten that what they needed most was ME - a healthy, present, happy ME!

Before I joined the program,
I felt like a mess: I was eating out typically 2x/day; I had so much brain fog it was hard to concentrate or be productive; I drank 48-64 oz of soda/day - I seriously needed it to function; I was depressed and anxious; I didn't have a schedule and I was reactive all day; I was addicted to sugar... I was just exhausted!
I can't tell you the number of times I'd grab a notebook and I'd say, "Ok, this is going to be my schedule... " and it would never last!
Now, I feel like everything has changed!
I'm no addicted to sugar. I don't need my soda. My brain fog is gone! I have so much energy! I take better care of myself than I ever have before. I don't diet and I have a really great relationship with food... I'm losing weight.
And I have a schedule! ...Every week there's improvement!
The biggest shift for me has been HOPE!
I finally have hope that I can do the things that matter to me! I'm confident I can master things and create the life I want to live. It's exciting!
I used to write out lists of things I wanted to get done and wouldn't get to any of it.
I felt like my life was SO out-of-control.
I felt like I just couldn't catch my breath.
I was constantly making excuses for myself.
I knew I REALLY needed help with how I could manage my time better, but it seemed like no matter what I tried, I would end up exactly where I started.
Now, I'm able to focus on the MOST important things... when before there were too many important things.
I'm able to LIVE my life instead of trying to do all the things and please all the people.
My days have totally shifted because
I'm able to create my life from a place of empowerment
instead of disempowerment...
I feel like my relationships with my kids have shifted because when I say, "I'm going to be there," I'm there.
I'm reliable to other people because I can rely on myself.
I just wanted to report that I totally rocked my November goal to lose 8 pounds!
I am so proud of myself!
My plan for December is to do it again.
I can see how far I've come since I first gained that freshman fifteen, seventeen-ish years ago...I have gained and lost the weight eight times so far, this will be number nine and
I can see this being the healthiest time physically and mentally.
I am so grateful for the way I currently feel about my body.
I know it hasn't always been this way and I am so grateful for how far I've come. I was doing my yoga this morning. I had lit a candle and I felt like...
yes, I love the life I am creating!
I think that was the main thing that drew me to you in the beginning - you love the life you've created for yourself.
And I'm starting to love mine as well!
I've just feeling been feeling so so grateful for this beautiful life I've been blessed with, the whole human experience, the good and the bad.
